Is It a Song or Is It a Song?

Updated: May 24, 2023

The Waterfall

I am in awe of your imposing size

Hovering above me.

I feel myself shiver

As you produce ripples

All over my body

When touched by the gift of life cascading down

Your slick wall.

I breathe in the freshness of your morning scent

And crane my neck to capture your peak.

I am envious of the women who bare their bodies

For you daily.

Climbing up,

Then sliding down your slippery length,

Soaking wet from your depth.

I grip the hardness at your base

And while your soft sounds surround me

I close my eyes and sigh contentedly

As I too become wet from your spray.
